Il partenariato del progetto ComeON! è stato costruito tenendo conto delle competenze necessarie per lo sviluppo e l’implementazione di un approccio di apprendimento innovativo e di un ambiente di apprendimento per la promozione della cittadinanza attiva di giovani e anziani, attraverso una esperienza formativa di volontariato intergenerazionale. Il partenariato si compone di 7 organizzazioni, in rappresentanza di 6 paesi europei (Italia, Regno Unito, Spagna, Romania, Ungheria e Paesi Bassi).
Tutti i partner di ComeON! hanno già condiviso esperienze in progetti legati alla cittadinanza attiva e all’apprendimento intergenerazionale e testimoniano, inoltre, un forte impegno quotidiano verso il volontariato dei giovani e degli anziani e l’utilizzo di approcci di apprendimento innovativi nelle scuole.
Ogni partner rappresenta una regione territoriale dell’Unione Europea per rispondere ai bisogni dei gruppi target su un ampio livello europeo. Ogni partner fornisce specifiche competenze per arricchire il progetto e rafforzare un programma di lavoro di qualità che garantisca la riuscita del trasferimento di conoscenze ed esperienze a livello transnazionale.
Fondazione Mondo Digitale (FMD) Italy
FMD is a non-profit Foundation founded by the Municipality of Rome and 5 ICT companies. It works for an inclusive knowledge society by blending innovation, education, inclusion and fundamental values. Its mission is to promote social learning, social innovation and e-inclusion, with special attention to categories at risk of social exclusion. FMD promotes the inclusive use of new technology in different sectors: Education for life, Educational Robotics, Active Ageing and Intergenerational Solidarity, Social Innovation and Young Entrepreneurship and Integration of migrants & Refugees. It promotes didactic innovation through the use of new technology in schools and digital literacy of elders via an intergenerational and peer learning approach since 2002.
The University of Edinburgh (UEDIN) UK
UEDIN is the top ranked University in Scotland, ranked 6th in Europe and 32nd in the world (Times Higher Education World University Ranking 2012-2013). It offers over 350 degree courses and 160 postgraduate courses. UEDIN pursues excellence in research. The Business School, which is involved in the ComeOn project, brings specific expertise on theories of innovation and technology strategy applied to multiple areas of social innovation and ICT-based innovation, including regional clusters, e-commerce in public administrations, telemedicine, ICTs and educational innovation, and e-inclusion related to poverty, disability, immigration/refugees and education. UEDIN has developed methodologies for assessing and informing the practice of innovation processes such as real-time evaluation and dynamic strategy mapping.
Fundetec was founded in October 2004 as a result of a joint effort between the Public Administration and the Private Sector to establish a stable, not-for profit collaborative framework open to the participation of any organization interested in promoting the development of the Information Society in Spain. Fundetec has two clear objectives: to promote the adoption and generalized use of information technology by citizens, businesses and institutions; and to increase internet penetration in Spanish households and in small and medium sized businesses. We work specially on digital training for social groups at risk of exclusion like immigrants, senior citizens, women, prisoners, etc…through intergenerational projects based on volunteering in order to benefit social inclusion, solidarity values together with a high learning impact.
Lunaria is a dynamic not for profit organization – founded in 1992 – recognized by the European Commission for its committment at European level . Through a diverse set of actions Lunaria challenges social and cultural borders: international volunteering, intercultural exchanges, local pilot initiatives, researches on migrations and global topics. Lunaria has been working in the last 15 years on adult education by introducing the concept of the educational value of volunteering abroad for seniors. The SEVEN network as well as others Grundtvig projects were awarded by the Commission and other bodies as innovative and effective initiatives in favour of a stronger social cohesion in Europe. Lunaria also activated the young generations in rasing awareness on ICT potential to build communities around meaningful ideas, in Italy and in other countries. The organization involves yearly 1.000 young, adults and senior citizens.
School Inspectorate of Iasi County (ISJI), Romania
The County School Inspectorate of Iaşi is a public body that provides professional guidance, coordination and evaluation for schools and training centres in order to ensure high-quality education services, continuous improvement and effectiveness of the national / local education system and its compatibility with the European systems. The County School Inspectorate of Iaşi have carried out a lot of European projects with a great regional impact based on 3 funding sources: Cross Border Cooperation, Socrates and Life long Learning, European Social Fund. These European educational projects represent management tools and management of curriculum change and act both by the school and individual level, integrated development projects personal/professional.
Budapest Cultural Centre (BMK), Hungary
The Budapest Cultural Centre (BCC) is the professional service institution of the community cultural institutions, civil organizations and communities of the city, yet its services are offered to the widest professional audience as well as to the general public. The institution delivers services in the field of information, education, methodology and art. The BCC supports the engagement of older people to learning or volunteering, improves the quality of their lives and contributes to ensuring cultural and informational equality. Key elements of this work are developing curriculum, networking, supporting self organised communities, issuing publications, facilitating voluntary work and leisure time activities. In the last few years the institution initiated several youth projects. The institution has been cooperating with schools and kindergartens for years to educate young people for healthy life and environment protection.
International Child Development Initiatives (ICDI), Netherlands
ICDI is a non-profit organisation based in Leiden, the Netherlands. Our work is geared to promoting the well-being of children and young people growing up in difficult circumstances, particularly those living in the Global South and Eastern Europe. Our guiding principles are firmly rooted in the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and we strive to address the underlying dynamics of child neglect, abuse and discrimination, rather than the symptoms. We promote children’s holistic development by building on available knowledge and local strengths, including those of children, young people, caregivers and educators themselves.. We work in partnership with (inter)national and local level non-governmental organizations, government agencies as well as research, teaching and training institutions.
